iKas Global supports public and private actors in the Democratic Republic of the Congo with the design and rollout of sustainable energy solutions. We notably led the feasibility study of the 1,000 MW Kibomango solar plant — a strategic project for the DRC Government.
Our engineering teams master the full lifecycle of an energy project: site audit, solar-production modelling, technical sizing of panels, inverters and batteries, economic study with profitability analysis (LCOE, IRR, payback), financing structuring, construction supervision and commissioning with training of local operators.
We work on utility-scale projects (>10 MW) as well as rural micro-grids and behind-the-meter installations for industrial, mining or hospital sites.
