A pioneer of container conversion in the DRC, iKas Global has built a true industrial line to transform standard shipping containers (20- or 40-foot) into fully functional work, accommodation or technical spaces. Our workshop combines the metalwork, insulation, electrical, plumbing and finishing capabilities required to deliver fully turnkey modules.

We design and manufacture both stand-alone modules (single office, sanitary unit, technical room) and multi-storey complexes with circulation, common areas, terraces and landscaping. Every module is delivered fully equipped: high-performance thermal and acoustic insulation, air conditioning, code-compliant electrical work, plumbing, interior finishes and joinery.

For Miller Holding (MILVEST) in Kinshasa, iKas Global converted 250 shipping containers into a modern office complex, with workspaces, meeting rooms, sanitary blocks, food-service areas and outdoor amenities. Despite its scale, the project was delivered on time and is now fully operational.
