MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) installations drive comfort, safety and energy performance in any building. iKas Global designs and delivers these works with international engineering rigour and a deep understanding of the Congolese operating environment.
iKas Global maintains a team of specialist engineers and technicians able to take on all of a building's technical packages, from execution studies to commissioning and maintenance. Our installations comply with international standards (NF C 15-100, IEC, IEEE, NFPA, ASHRAE) and are tuned to the realities of the Congolese power grid.
Electrical — power and low-voltage
We design and install low- and medium-voltage distribution networks, transformer substations, main and sub-distribution boards, interior and exterior lighting, power outlets, earthing and lightning protection. In low-voltage we deploy structured cabling, IP telephony, CCTV, access control, fire detection and public-address systems.
Backup-power and energy autonomy
In a country where public-grid reliability remains a challenge, we deliver complete continuity-of-supply solutions: properly sized and automated diesel generators, UPS, solar PV systems with storage and automatic transfer switches. This expertise is particularly valuable for hospitals, mining sites and sensitive tertiary buildings.
Plumbing and fire protection
Cold- and hot-water distribution, drainage, primary and secondary ventilation, booster sets and storage tanks. For fire protection we install hose-reel networks, sprinklers, dry risers, extinguishers, smoke extraction and alarm systems aligned with international standards.
HVAC — air conditioning, ventilation and air treatment
From split units to centralized plants (chillers, AHUs, VRV, radiant ceilings), we size and install solutions suited to a tropical climate, prioritizing energy efficiency and occupant comfort.
Medical gases and sensitive environments
For hospital buildings (RADEM and others) we design and install medical-gas networks (oxygen, vacuum, medical air, nitrous oxide) in line with ISO 7396, as well as operating theatres, cleanrooms and sensitive rooms.
