Project management & supervision

Whether you are a public client, a private investor, an international lender or an industrial operator, iKas Global provides full-spectrum project-management and construction-supervision expertise — so your investments translate into assets delivered on time, on budget and to the expected quality.

Running a construction site in the DRC means handling many parameters at once: supply logistics, management of a large workforce, coordination of specialty subcontractors, quality control, HSE compliance, rigorous financial monitoring and transparent communication with the client. iKas Global has built a methodology proven over years of experience on projects of every size.

A methodology inspired by international standards
Our project managers are trained on PMI (PMBOK) and FIDIC frameworks. Every project starts with a Project Execution Plan (PEP) that formalises the organisation, detailed schedule, quality plan, HSE plan, logistics plan, risk matrix and communication plan. This document evolves throughout the site as a shared reference for all stakeholders.

Planning and coordination
Master schedule developed in MS Project or Primavera, broken down into weekly schedules, identification of the critical path, anticipation of risks, coordination of subcontractors and suppliers, sequencing of interventions, management of interfaces between technical packages.

Quality control
Quality plans for each package, materials inspection on receipt, self-check sheets, hold points, systematic close-out of snags. Our teams work hand-in-hand with independent laboratories for materials testing (concrete, steel, asphalt, soils).

Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)
Every site has a dedicated HSE manager and a detailed prevention plan: workstation risk analysis, mandatory PPE, daily toolbox meetings, incident management, weekly internal audits. Our standing target is zero accident.

Budget and financial control
Commitment control, progress-claim monitoring, variance analysis, anticipation of drift, validation of valuations, change-order management. Detailed monthly reporting to the client with visual indicators (physical progress, financial progress, S-curves).

Reporting and communication
Weekly reporting (progress, highlights, alerts), detailed monthly reporting, regular site meetings, progress photos and videos, dedicated project workspace for the client.

Handover and warranties
Support through pre-handover (OPR), close-out of snags, final acceptance, delivery of as-built dossiers (DOE), training of operations teams, monitoring of the defects-liability period.
