Beyond construction and consulting, iKas Global offers a full range of general services that allow clients to focus on their core business. From supply-chain management to facilities management, we ensure operational continuity across the entire Congolese territory.
Industrial projects and operations in the Democratic Republic of the Congo require rigorous management of support functions: procurement in a complex import environment, logistics over considerable distances, preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, management of staff accommodation facilities and provision of diverse services.
iKas Global has built solid operational expertise in each of these areas through its projects. We offer clients integrated service contracts that enable them to outsource some or all of their support functions to a single, reliable and locally anchored provider.
Procurement and purchasing
We manage the entire supply chain: identification and qualification of suppliers (local and international), contract negotiation, ordering, delivery tracking, quality control on receipt, stock management and traceability. Our knowledge of the Congolese market and our relationships with the main freight forwarders and customs agents allow us to secure supplies in an often unpredictable environment.
Logistics and transport
Organisation of goods transport (air, sea, road, river), cold-chain management, exceptional convoys for heavy equipment, secure warehousing, last-mile delivery to remote sites. iKas Global has a network of logistics partners covering the main routes across the DRC.
Maintenance and equipment management
Preventive and corrective maintenance contracts for construction equipment, generators, air-conditioning units, vehicles and technical installations. Our technicians work on site or at our workshops, with spare-parts stocks sized to guarantee continuity of service.
Facilities management
Administration of site camps, offices and housing: cleaning, catering, laundry, gardening, security, waste management and routine maintenance of buildings and outdoor spaces. We manage these services with in-house teams or by contracting specialised providers, with rigorous quality oversight.
Miscellaneous and tailored services
We can also respond to ad hoc or recurring needs: equipment rental, provision of qualified personnel, security services, operational-cost optimisation consulting and administrative support.
